FRESNO – A woman alleges she was injured in a rear-end collision on state Route 41.

Susanne Sanchez and Robert Sanchez filed a complaint on Nov. 8 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Bianca Mendoza Hinjosa, Francisco Morales and Does 1-20 alleging negligence and other counts.

According to the complaint, on Nov. 23, 2016, Susanne Sanchez was stopped for traffic on state Route 41 between Ashlan and Shaw in Fresno County when Hinjosa collided into the rear of the plaintiff's vehicle.

As a result, Susanne Sanchez alleges she was injured in her health, strength and activity, sustained injury to her body and shock to her nervous system.

The plaintiffs hold Hinjosa, Morales and Does 1-20 responsible because the defendants allegedly negligently operated a vehicle so as not to cause damage.

The plaintiffs seek compensatory damages according to proof. They are represented by Jeffrey D. Bohn of Accident, Injury and Medical Malpractice Attorneys of California APC in Fresno.
