SAN FRANCISCO – The owner of a San Francisco property alleges that a contractor hired for renovation work damaged the property.
James Kelm filed a complaint on Nov. 15 in the San Francisco Superior Court against Justin Carroll, Carroll Commercial Inc. and Does 1 to 100 alleging negligence, breach of contract and breach of warranty.
According to the complaint, on June 1, 2015, Kelm entered into a written contract with defendants for a renovation project at his Diamond Street, San Francisco property. The plaintiff alleges the defendants' errors caused damages to him and the property.
