Car accident 31

SAN FRANCISCO – A vehicle driver and passenger allege they were injured in a collision in San Francisco.

Leslie Jaquith and Intica Jaquith filed a complaint on Nov. 21 in the San Francisco Superior Court against Michelle Carpenter and Does 1 through 10 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Nov. 28, 2016, Leslie Jaquith was legally operating her motor vehicle with Intica Jaquith as passenger when their vehicle was struck by Carpenter's vehicle. The suit states the collision occurred on Ninth Street in San Francisco.

As a result, the plaintiffs allege they sustained bodily injuries, mental and physical suffering and medical expenses.

The plaintiffs hold Carpenter and Does 1 to 10 responsible because the defendant allegedly negligently entrusted, managed, maintained and drove their vehicle.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek judgment for non-economic damages, medical and incidental expenses, prejudgment interest, costs of suit, and such other and further relief as the court may deem just and proper. They are represented by Thomas A. Morgan of California Injury Agency in Brentwood.
