Damages sought from Santa Rosa residents over San Francisco collision

SAN FRANCISCO – Two San Francisco residents are seeking damages from Santa Rosa residents over a collision in San Francisco.

Alex Greemann and Quincy Freeman filed a complaint on Dec. 4 in the San Francisco Superior Court against Katrina Schaaf Inch, James Charles Nystrom, Carolyn Nystrom and Does 1 through 20 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Oct. 28, 2017, Greemann and Freeman were traveling on 101 Southbound in San Francisco when they were struck by defendants' vehicle. The plaintiffs allege they were hurt and injured as a result of the collision, causing great mental, physical and emotional distress and suffering. 

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek judgment for damages, costs of suit, loss of property, prejudgment interest, and such other further relief as the court deems just and proper. They are represented by Ross McKissick and Ryan D. Harris of Harris Personal Injury Lawyers Inc. in San Jose.
