Man alleges he was hit in face while tailgating at California State University, Fresno

FRESNO – A man is seeking damages from another individual over allegations he was struck while tailgating before a football game.

Bryce Hovannisian filed a complaint on Dec. 4 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Garrett Grazier and Does 1-10 alleging intentional tort.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that, on Nov. 17, 2018, he was tailgating in the White Lot of California State University, Fresno before a football game. He alleges the defendants assaulted and battered him by striking him in the face. He alleges he sustained pain and suffering and incurred hospital and medical expenses.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendants for compensatory and punitive damages, costs of suit and for such relief as is fair and just. He is represented by Kevin B. Kalajian of Baradat & Paboojian Inc. in Fresno.
