FRESNO – A woman alleges she was injured when a driver ran a red traffic light in Fresno County and collided with her vehicle.
Lesamarie Silva filed a complaint on Dec. 13 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Bosothy Bin and Does 1 to 20 alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, on Feb. 5, 2017, Silva was traveling on North First Street in Fresno County when her vehicle was struck by defendant Bin's vehicle and caused her injuries. The suit states Bin ran a red light.
The plaintiff holds Bin responsible because the defendant allegedly negligently and recklessly owned or controlled the vehicle in violation of California vehicle code.
The plaintiff seeks judgment for compensatory damages and such relief as is fair, just and equitable. She is represented by Sargis G. Atanous of The Dunnion Law Firm in Monterey.
