SAN FRANCISCO – A motorist is seeking damages from three individuals over an auto accident in San Francisco.

David Chinn filed a complaint on Dec. 20 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Danh Bui, Dung Van Bui, Huong Hoang and Does 1-20 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Oct. 9, 2017, Danh Bui collided with his vehicle on Highway 101 in San Francisco. He alleges he was injured in the collision and that Danh Bui was operating a vehicle with the permission of the other defendants.

The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because the defendants allegedly negligently owned, operated or controlled a vehicle so as to cause it to collide with the plaintiff's vehicle.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants for general, special and incidental damages; costs of suit; and further relief as the court deems just. He is represented by Andrew L. Johnson of Bennett and Johnson LLP in Oakland.
