Bradley Concrete alleges it is still owed more than $90,000 for work on San Francisco property

SAN FRANCISCO – A Milpitas contractor alleges it was not paid in full for work performed on a San Francisco property.

Bradon LLC, doing business as Bradley Concrete, filed a complaint on Dec. 19 in the San Francisco Superior Court against MM Construction, 69 Maiden Owners LLC, 69 Maiden Lane Owners LLC and Does 1 through 100 alleging breach of contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, on Dec. 19, 2016, Bradley Concrete entered into written subcontract agreement with MM Construction to perform certain construction work 69 Maiden Lane, San Francisco in exchange for payment of $723,445. The suit states the remaining defendants either own or are tenants of the property.

The plaintiff alleges it fully performed all terms, conditions, promises and covenants required under the subcontract but has not received payment for the remaining balance for the work rendered. It alleges it is still owed $91,847.66.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for monetary damages in an amount exceeding $91,847.66, costs of suit, attorneys' and expert fees, and such other and further relief as the court deems just and proper. It is represented by Gregory J. Korbel of Miller, Morton, Caillat & Nevis LLP in San Jose.
