SAN FRANCISCO – Four individuals are seeking damages from a driver over a collision on an interstate in San Francisco.
Man Hong Robins Lam, Caling Li, Charlene Lam and Kassidy Lam filed a complaint on Dec. 28 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against Omar Adofo Boyd and Does 1-10 alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on Jan. 2, 2017, they were traveling on Interstate 280 in San Francisco when the defendant collided with their vehicle.
The plaintiffs hold Boyd and Does 1-10 responsible because Boyd allegedly failed his duty not to drive at a speed greater than reasonable in regard for weather, visibility, traffic and road conditions.
The plaintiffs seek judgment against defendants for compensatory damages, costs of suit and such relief as is fair and just. They are represented by Alex Fang in Oakland.
