SAN FRANCISCO – A construction worker alleges she was injured in a fall at a San Francisco site.

Louise Williams filed a complaint on Dec. 31 in the San Francisco Superior Court against Nibbi Bros. Construction and Does 1 to 50 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Oct. 29, 2018, Williams was working for Country Builders Construction Inc. but under the direction and control of defendants at a San Francisco location clearing the premises. She alleges she picked up a sheet of plywood from the floor and unknowingly exposed an unmarked operating, causing her to fall more than 12 feet to the concrete floor below. She alleges the defendant failed to warn of the hazard it created.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for general, special and consequential damages; attorneys' fees; costs; expenses; interest and such other and further relief as the court may deem just and proper. She is represented by Lawrence A. Strick and Nestor R. Schnasse of Strick | Schnasse Lawyers in San Rafael.
