Driver, passenger seek damages from Iron Mountain Secure Shredding over Fresno collision

FRESNO – A vehicle driver and passenger allege they were injured when their vehicle was rear-ended in Fresno.

Salvador Franco Gonzalez and Nassr Mohamed filed a complaint on Jan. 2 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Gilberto Verduzco Lopez, Iron Mountain Secure Shredding Inc. and Does 1 to 25 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on March 27, 2017, Gonzalez was operating a motor vehicle with Mohamed as his front passenger on South Golden State Boulevard in Fresno when Lopez, who was operating a vehicle owned by Iron Mountain Secure and Shredding, rear-ended their vehicle.

As a result, the plaintiffs allege they sustained physical injuries, permanent disability and incurred medical expenses. 

The plaintiffs seek judgment for compensatory damages, costs of suit, and for such relief as is fair, just and equitable. They are represented by Benjamin P. Tryk of Tryk Law PC in Fresno.
