FRESNO – Three individuals are seeking damages over a multi-vehicle accident that occurred in Fresno.

Cory Russel Goodwin, Rodger Dale Goodwin and Cynthia Goodwin filed a complaint on Jan. 3 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Katie Vang, Ger Vang, Bradley Whitburn and Does 1 to 20 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Feb. 3, 2017, Cory Russell Goodwin and Rodger Dale Goodwin were traveling in Fresno when they came to a complete stop because of heavy traffic. The suit states Vang collided with the rear of the plaintiffs' vehicle and then Whitburn collided with hers, causing Vang's vehicle to strike the plaintiffs' vehicle a second time.

The plaintiffs hold Katie Vang, Ger Vang, Whitburn and Does 1 to 20 responsible because the defendants allegedly drove at a speed greater than reasonable.

The plaintiffs seek judgment for compensatory damages, costs of suit, and for such relief as is fair, just and equitable. They are represented by Jeffrey D. Bohn of Accident, Injury and Medical Malpractice Attorneys of California APC in Fresno.
