SAN FRANCISCO – A pedestrian is seeking damages after a fall allegedly caused by uneven pavement at a San Francisco property.

Anna Huang filed a complaint on Jan. 2 in the San Francisco County Superior Court against the city and county of San Francisco, Heydayian/Nouri Family Trust 2005 and Does 1-100 alleging negligence and premises liability.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Dec. 12, 2017, she fell because of uneven pavement on Bryant Street in San Francisco, causing her severe and serious injuries. She alleges there was no warning that the condition existed.

The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible because the uneven pavement allegedly was improperly maintained.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant for compensatory, costs of suit, and other relief as is fair and just. She is represented by D.L. Rencher of Rencher Law Group in San Francisco.
