Car accident 44

OROVILLE – Two Sutter County residents are seeking damages from another driver over a collision that occurred in Butte County.

Jordan A. Greminger and Sarah A. Wirrig filed a complaint on Jan. 4 in the Butte Superior Court against Joshua G. Hogue and Does 1 through 25 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Feb. 19, 2017, Greminger was driving southbound on state Route 99 in Butte County with Wirring as his seat-belted passenger when their vehicle was struck by Hogue's vehicle. As a result, the plaintiffs allege they sustained physical injuries, mental suffering and medical expenses.

The plaintiffs hold Hogue responsible because the defendant allegedly negligently entrusted, managed, maintained and drove the vehicle so as to cause the incident.

The plaintiffs seek judgment for noneconomic damages, medical and incidental expenses, loss of earnings, prejudgment interest, costs of suit, and such other and further relief as this court may deem just and proper. They are represented by Hank G. Greenblatt of Dreyer Babich Buccola Wood Campora LLC in Sacramento.
