Woman alleges collision between bus, trolley in San Francisco caused back injury

SAN FRANCISCO – A woman alleges she was injured in a collision between a bus and a trolley in San Francisco.

Renita Woods filed a complaint on Jan. 7 in the San Francisco Superior Court against the city and county of San Francisco alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Dec. 6, 2017, Woods was injured when the defendants' Muni Route 6 bus was rear-ended by the F line trolley between Eight and Ninth streets. She alleges her back and neck were injured in the collision.

The plaintiff alleges the defendants are liable for the general negligence on the part of their employees.

The plaintiff seeks judgment for compensatory damages, costs of suit and such relief as is fair, just and equitable. She is represented by Ian Zimmerman of Law Offices of Ian Zimmerman in Sausalio.
