FRESNO – A vehicle driver is seeking damages from a San Ramon woman over a San Francisco auto accident.

Noe Duarte Caceres filed a complaint on Jan. 7 in the San Francisco Superior Court against Rachel Tallarico and Does 1 through 50 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Sept. 25, 2017, Caceres was traveling northbound along Stanyan Street approaching Oak Street in San Francisco when the plaintiff's vehicle was struck by defendant Tallarico's vehicle as she attempted to make a left turn.

As a result, the suit states the plaintiff suffered physical injuries, economic loss and medical expenses.

The plaintiff holds Tallarico responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to yield to right-of-way traffic.

The plaintiff seeks judgment for special and general damages, prejudgment interest, costs of suit, and such other and further relief as the court deems just and proper. The plaintiff is represented by Bobby Saadian and Hazel Chang of Wilshire Law Firm in Los Angeles.
