EnPro Services alleges Green Ag Solutions breached agreement

FRESNO – A Fresno company alleges another company breached an asset purchase agreement.

EnPro Services Inc. filed a complaint on Jan. 14 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Green Ag Solutions Inc., Russell H. Few and Does 1-10 alleging breach of contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, on Feb. 26, 2018, EnPro Services Inc. and defendant Green Ag entered into asset purchase agreement and the promissory note in which defendant agreed to pay plaintiff $500,000 in monthly payments of $9,783.07 on the first of each month commenting April 1, 2018. 

The plaintiff alleges the defendant failed to timely pay the payments for April, July and August 2018 and failed to pay the payments for September through December.

The plaintiff seeks judgment of no less than $500,000, plus costs of suit, attorney's fees, expert fees, accountant fees, and such other and further relief as the court may deem just and proper. It is represented by Timothy P. Miller of Timothy Paul Miller APLC in Riverside.
