SAN FRANCISCO – A woman has filed a suit against a driver over a collision that allegedly totaled her vehicle.

Diane Aurelius filed a complaint on Jan. 14 in the San Francisco Superior Court against Sang Bac Le alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Jan. 18, 2017, Aurelius was driving westbound on Cesar Chevaz Street when defendant Le failed to yield to the plaintiff's vehicle when turning and collided with her car at a high rate of speed. She alleges her vehicle was declared a total loss by her insurance company and that she has been told by doctors she will never physically be the same again.

The plaintiff seeks judgment for compensatory damages, costs of suit, and for such relief as is fair, just, and equitable. She is represented by Arnold M. Woods in San Bruno.
