Motorcycle rider files suit against SB Transport over collision with tractor-trailer in Fresno

FRESNO – A motorcycle rider is seeking damages from an individual over a collision with a tractor-trailer in Fresno.

Ethan David Thompson filed a complaint on Jan. 18 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Joginder Singh Sekhon, doing business as SB Transport, and Does 1-50 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on May 14, 2018, the plaintiff was operating his 2018 Honda Rebel motorcycle along North Blackstone Avenue in Fresno when the defendants negligently, recklessly and unlawfully entrusted, managed, maintained, drove and operated a tractor-trailer that struck plaintiff's motorcycle.

The plaintiff holds Sekhon and Does 1-50 responsible because the defendants allegedly negligently, carelessly and unlawfully operated the tractor-trailer.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants for compensatory damages, costs of suit, and other relief as is fair and just. He is represented by Benjamin P. Tryk of Tryk Law PC in Fresno.
