FRESNO – A motorist alleges she was injured in a collision in Fresno County.
Ingrid Freeman filed a complaint on Jan. 25 in the Fresno County Superior Court against Miguel Vidal Ballesteros Avalos, Miguel Ballesteros, Nisaye Rivera and Does 1-15 alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Jan. 25, 2017, while plaintiff was traveling along the intersection of Manning Avenue and McMullin Grade in Fresno County when a vehicle operated by Ballesteros collided with hers.
The plaintiff holds Avalos, Ballesteros, Rivera and Does 1-15 responsible because the defendants allegedly were negligent regarding the ownership, maintenance, operation and association with the vehicle driven by Ballesteros.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant for compensatory damages, costs of suit, and other relief the court deems fair and just. She is represented by Roger S. Bonakdar of Bonakdar Law Firm in Fresno.
