Car accident 23

SAN FRANCISCO – A San Francisco County driver alleges he was injured in a rear-end collision in San Francisco.

Ronald Henderson filed a complaint on Feb. 5 in the San Francisco Superior Court against Toshiko Covello and Does 1-10 alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on Feb. 18, 2017, Henderson was driving near Oakdale and Loomis in San Francisco when his vehicle was rear-ended by defendant Covello's vehicle. As a result, the plaintiff claims he sustained physical injuries, temporary disability and medical expenses.

The plaintiff holds Covello responsible because the defendant allegedly breached a duty not to negligently operate, own, entrust and/or maintain a vehicle.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for general damages, expenses, loss of earnings, loss of use of vehicle, costs of suit and such other and further relief as the court may deem just or proper. He is represented by Daniel Setareh of Setareh Law APLC in Beverly Hills.
