FRESNO – A vehicle passenger is seeking damages from a driver and the owners of a vehicle over a rear-end collision in Fresno County.
Karmen Domani filed a complaint on Feb. 1 in the Fresno County Superior against Samantha Reed, Lorin Reed, Kristi S. Reed and Does 1 to 15 alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, on Feb. 1, 2017, Domani was passenger of a vehicle traveling in Fresno County when the vehicle was rear-ended by a vehicle driven by Samantha Reed, which was owned by defendants Lorin and Kristi S. Reed. The suit states the plaintiff was injured in the collision.
The plaintiff holds Samantha Reed, Lorin Reed, Kristi S. Reed and Does 1 to 15 responsible because Lorin Reed and Kristi S. Reed allegedly were negligent in entrusting the vehicle to Samantha Reed and Samantha Reed allegedly was careless in the operation of the vehicle.
The plaintiff seeks judgment for compensatory damages of more than $25,000, plus costs of suit, and for such relief as is fair, just and equitable. The plaintiff is represented by Roger S. Bonakdar of Bonakdar Law Firm in Fresno.
