In its May 20 issue, the Los Angeles Business Journal named Jennifer Post to the LA500, a list of the Most Influential People in Los Angeles.
The fourth edition of LA500 reflects “a city of innovators with a growing pool of emerging talent,” and represents “the diverse array of business leaders that define Los Angeles.”
Jennifer and her wife Teri Kinne attended an event on Friday, May 17 that the Business Journal held for the 500 honorees and their guests.
Jennifer was one of only 43 attorneys included on the list. Other notable people on the list include Elon Musk, Jordan Peele, Oprah Winfrey, Mayor Eric Garcetti, Ellen DeGeneres and LeBron James.
Jennifer serves as primary outside counsel to a variety of individuals, institutions and companies, including entrepreneurs, startups and investors, as well as domestic and international public companies. She also represents investment entities including venture capital firms in their formation, fundraising efforts, governance and maintenance, as well as their transactions with emerging companies including complex investment structures, exit transactions and restructurings.
