Clark Hill PLC issued the following announcement on July 26.

David Brandon has once again been appointed as an Adjunct Professor at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, to teach a course entitled “Introduction to Appellate Advocacy.” Brandon has been teaching this course on an annual basis since 1987. He instructs students on the procedural and substantive law of appeals, excellence in brief writing, and oral advocacy. His clients have been involved in diverse sectors of the economy, including transportation, lending, loan servicing, water supply, construction and design, insurance, housing, retail and legal services. He has represented clients in both the prosecution and defense of a wide variety of claims, including class actions, landlord liability, commercial property management, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of commercial contracts, securities fraud, professional liability, and intellectual property disputes.
