The Contra Costa Superior Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by Amarachi Uko against Brandy Rietz, Kui Kang and Wenbin Peng on Aug. 9: 'Check For Proof Of Service'.
Case number MSC19-01127 was filed in the Contra Costa Superior Court on June 5.
