The Contra Costa Superior Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by California Capitalinsurance Company against Juan Ortiz, Mansoor Kamal, Tamir Kamal and Teresa Lara on Aug. 19: 'Check For Dismissal On Unconditional Settlement'.
Case number MSL19-00857 was filed in the Contra Costa Superior Court on Feb. 4.
