The Contra Costa Superior Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by Provident Credit Union against Marina Kakar and Najibullah Nasrat on Sept. 5: 'Check For Request For Entry Of Default'.
Case number MSL19-03825 was filed in the Contra Costa Superior Court on June 10.
