Shook, Hardy & Bacon L.L.P. issued the following announcement on Sept. 19.
BTI Consulting Group selected premier trial firm Shook, Hardy & Bacon as a “Product Liability Powerhouse,” one of only two firms in the nation to receive this accolade in the BTI Litigation Outlook 2020.
Shook represents some of the largest and most prestigious companies in the world. Shook clients include manufacturers of automobiles, consumer goods, food and beverage, pet care and animal health products, and pharmaceutical and medical devices. This summer, Shook launched a cannabis law practice to assist clients with regulatory and legal issues in a wide variety of industries.
In addition, Shook progressed to a “Standout” in two areas, including “Complex Commercial Litigation” and “Commercial Litigation.” BTI also placed Shook in the “Honor Roll” in “Class Action Litigation.”
