The Alameda County Superior Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by Marlinda Brown, Nanette Vidan-Peled, Nicholas Motley and Sharmaine Bell against Chandra Williams, Creshaun Ford, Handy Jackson and Songea Sparrow on Sept. 25: 'Complaint Breach Of Contract/Warranty Filed'.
Case number RG19036706 was filed in the Alameda County Superior Court on Sept. 25.
