The Contra Costa Superior Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by Tanae Colbert against Eastern Contra Costa Transit Authority, Eastern Contra Costa Transit Authority TRI, First Transit, First Transit, Inc., Larron Peterson and TRI Delta Transit on Oct. 7: 'Check For Proof Of Service'.
Case number MSC19-01569 was filed in the Contra Costa Superior Court on Aug. 1.
