The Contra Costa Superior Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by Antonio Rucker, Nasonya Powell and Sonya Rucker against Lawrence Gonzales and Michelle Gonzales on Dec. 18: 'Request Filed And Dismissal Entered With Prejudiceas To Entire Action'.
Case number MSC19-01135 was filed in the Contra Costa Superior Court on June 5.
