Littler Mendelson P.C. issued the following announcement on Jan. 28.

Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has elected Kate Mrkonich Wilson (Minneapolis) as chair and added Alison Davis (Washington, D.C.), Jeremy Hawpe (Dallas), Michelle Heverly (San Francisco), and Patricia Martin (St. Louis) as new members to its board of directors. Wilson succeeds Lindbergh Porter (San Francisco), who completed his term as chair and will continue to focus on his active practice at the firm.

“We congratulate Kate on her appointment to chair and thank Lindbergh for his dedicated leadership and service during his tenure on the board. We look forward to his continued contributions and guidance in the years ahead,” said Tom Bender and Jeremy Roth, Littler co-managing directors, in a joint statement. “Kate has built a successful practice while serving in several leadership positions, including consistent support for Littler’s diversity and inclusion efforts. We are confident in her abilities to lead the board going forward.”

“Additionally, we are equally excited to have Alison, Jeremy, Michelle, and Trish join the 2020 board and use their talents to achieve our business goals for the coming year,” Bender and Roth added.

“I am honored to follow in Lindbergh’s footsteps,” said Wilson. “The 2020 board comprises a diverse mix of talent, and I look forward to collaborating with my colleagues to guide the firm’s strategic vision.”
