Shook Of Counsel Steve Vieux has been appointed to the California Lawyers Associations’ (CLA) Section for Antitrust, UCL and Privacy’s Education Committee. In this new role, Vieux will play a key part in providing advanced education to CLA members in these specific areas of the law.
The CLA is a member-driven organization dedicated to the professional advancement of attorneys practicing in the state of California, and the CLA’s Antitrust, UCL and Privacy Section provides education to its members about antitrust, unfair competition, trade regulation and privacy issues under state and federal laws.
Along with his extensive experience at Shook, Vieux was previously a senior attorney with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Bureau of Competition, where he played a leading role in federal antitrust investigations and litigation in the health care and life science industries.
