The Contra Costa Superior Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by Joshua Johns against Alajah Burns and Aleth Ortega on Sept. 16: 'Check For Proof Of Service'.
Case number MSC20-01256 was filed in the Contra Costa Superior Court on July 13.
