The Contra Costa Superior Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by Bank of the West against South Chicago Dodge Chrysler Jeep Inc. on Sept. 17: 'Check For Proof Of Service'.
Case number MSC20-01335 was filed in the Contra Costa Superior Court on July 14.
