The Contra Costa Superior Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by Corazon Matias Bunag, Edzel Matias Bunag, Mark Bunag and Steffi Salas Sabadlab against KINDER'S Custom Meats, Inc., Kimberly Byrne and Kylie Lanae Derksen on Oct. 28: 'Case Management Conference'.

Case number MSC20-01080 was filed in the Contra Costa Superior Court on June 12.
