Schiff Hardin LLP is pleased to announce that the firm’s Product Liability & Mass Torts Blog has been recognized with a 2020 “Go-To Thought Leadership Award” by the National Law Review for providing relevant analysis, knowledge, and thorough coverage of product liability and Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) enforcement issues.
In 2020, the blog included in-depth coverage of how the recent election and other factors could impact CPSC leadership and enforcement priorities. The blog also examined potential liabilities facing businesses and manufacturers due to the COVID-19 pandemic and identified steps companies can take to reduce regulatory actions and to keep customers and employees safe when reopening.
