Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders LLP issued the following announcement on Mar. 5.
Troutman Pepper Partner Thao Le has been selected for the 2021 Fellows Program of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD), and Associates Kevin Coleman, Thomas Cordova and Anne-Marie Dao have been named to LCLD’s 2021 Class of Pathfinders. LCLD seeks to create a more diverse and inclusive legal profession with more than 350 members, including corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners.

Le, a partner in Troutman Pepper’s Corporate Practice Group, will participate in the landmark Fellows Program, which LCLD created to identify, train and advance the next generation of leaders in the legal profession. Le focuses her practice on private equity funds, investment transactions and mergers and acquisitions, and on representing companies on general corporate matters
Coleman, Cordova, and Dao will participate in LCLD’s Pathfinder Program, which trains high-performing, early-career attorneys in critical career development strategies, including leadership and the building of professional networks.
Coleman’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private capital raises, strategic investments and bank regulatory matters. Cordova focuses his practice on white collar criminal defense and related government and internal investigations. Dao focuses her practice on intellectual property, complex commercial, class action, and privacy (compliance and litigation) matters.
