The Contra Costa Superior Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by Nelson Tovar Gonzalez against David Davis Md, Jude M.D. Moore,, Lori Kraus Pa, Np, Memorial Medical Center of Losbanos, Pinnacle Healthcare Inc., Pinnacle Healthcare Medical Group, Sam Kokoris Md, Sutter Health, Sutter Valley Hospitals and Sutter Valley Medical Foundation on March 18: 'Check For Proof Of Service'.

Case number MSC21-00015 was filed in the Contra Costa Superior Court on Jan. 12.
