Anne-Marie Dao, an associate in the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group, is an experienced litigator who represents clients in a wide variety of intellectual property, complex commercial, class action, and privacy matters. Her practice focuses on litigating complex commercial litigation matters, and on advising and defending corporate clients against privacy class action suits alleging violations of the California Consumer Privacy Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Anne-Marie also counsels litigation clients on various business issues and manages disputes through alternative dispute resolution.
Debbie Kim, an associate in the firm’s Insurance and Reinsurance Practice Group, has been recognized as a “Rising Star” since 2019. Her practice is focused on representing clients in complex insurance coverage litigation involving various types of policies. She also advises clients on pre-litigation issues such as claims handling, claims investigation, and defense and indemnity obligations.
Ben Wagner, a partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group, is recognized as a “Rising Star” for the seventh consecutive year. He is a seasoned intellectual property litigator with over $65 million in monetized claims and has defeated over $100 million in claims in just the past six years, and over $1.3 billion in active claims. He has handled hundreds of disputes for clients ranging from start-ups to established multi-nationals in a diverse range of industries, including apparel, consumer goods, life sciences, medical devices, real estate development, and professional sports.
