The Contra Costa Superior Court reported the following activity in the suit brought by Angela Dennis, Ashli Shepard, Christian Standley and Christolyn Shepard against Atwater James Multifamily Investments,, Hong Chee, Prime Group, LLC and Prime Rivershore SPE, LLC on Sept. 15: 'Check For Proof Of Service'.

Case number MSC21-01413 was filed in the Contra Costa Superior Court on July 12.
