Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to welcome Laurie A. Sanders to the San Francisco office as a partner in the Corporate Department.
“Laurie has nearly three decades of experience guiding business owners, shareholders and investors, both domestically and abroad, through mergers and acquisitions, financings, securities transactions and corporate governance matters. We are thrilled to have her on board,” said Fox’s San Francisco Office Managing Partner Laura Terry Howard.
Sanders’ experience encompasses several industries, including technology, professional services, consulting, manufacturing and wholesale and retail distribution. She frequently serves as outside general counsel to companies throughout the corporate lifecycle, and advises corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships on owner entrances and exits, restructurings and succession planning.

In addition, she has worked with clients on software licensing transactions, sophisticated joint venture arrangements and other types of commercial agreements.
Sanders has actively negotiated many cross-border transactions with parties in Europe and Asia, and has clients based in England, Australia and Canada.
Sanders serves on the steering committee for mergers and acquisitions with IR Global and has been an attorney mentor to student teams through U.C. Hastings’ Startup Legal Garage.
She earned her J.D. from Duke University School of Law and B.A. from University of California, Berkeley.
