Greenberg Traurig’s Lindsay E. Hutner Featured on Movers, Shakers & Rainmakers Podcast

Lindsay E. Hutner, co-chair of the Labor & Employment Practice of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Employment Litigation & Trials Group, was a guest on Episode 32 of the Movers, Shakers & Rainmakers Podcast. The podcast focuses on Biglaw market trends, including lateral partner moves, and changes within the greater legal ecosystem.

In the episode, Hutner discusses her achievements in her legal career in part due to staying true to herself, what she looks for in teammates, and the challenges with California’s changing employment laws. She also offers advice to younger associates looking to continue growing their career.

Hutner, who resides in the firm’s San Francisco office, is a focused, practical, and dedicated litigator whose clients trust her to not only vehemently defend their interests, but offer pragmatic, no-nonsense advice, all with an eye toward their business needs. She works closely with clients in defending both class actions and single-plaintiff cases involving employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, Private Attorneys General Act, unfair competition, enforcement of non-competes and other restrictive covenants, misappropriation of trade secrets, wrongful termination, and breach of contract.
