PLI's IP Issues in Business Transactions 2023 will provide an in-depth understanding of IP considerations as they arise in business transactions. The program will begin with a brief update of key developments, and will explore the strategic role of IP in a company and its business transactions. Greenberg Traurig's Ian C. Ballon, Co-Chair of the Global Intellectual Property & Technology Practice, will be a panelist during the "Basic IP Principles and Recent Developments" session on February 2 at 9:00 a.m. PST. The panel will provide an overview of recent developments and an analysis of their impact on transactions involving copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets.
