Holland & Knight has strengthened its West Coast Litigation Practice with the addition of Sarah Kelly-Kilgore as partner. Ms. Kilgore was previously with Greenberg Gross, where she served as managing partner of the Los Angeles office.

Ms. Kilgore will work alongside Newport Beach-based litigation Partner Anne Redcross Beehler, who joined Holland & Knight in November.
Ms. Kilgore has litigated cases in a wide range of areas, including employment litigation, fraud, business torts, defamation, securities and investments, real estate, contracts, corporate governance disputes, shareholder and consumer class action litigation, federal agency enforcement actions, unfair competition, trade secrets, director and officer liability, and fraudulent conveyances. She also regularly advises business entities on matters of employment law, including sexual harassment, discrimination and wrongful termination. Her clients include public companies, private businesses, executives and celebrities.

Ms. Kilgore received a J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. degree from San Diego State University. Before starting her legal career, Ms. Kilgore played professional water polo in Australia.
