Heather Lynn Alacron sues Victoria Flores Rodriguez for a car accident due to alleged negligence

Heather Lynn Alacron and Amanda Tumacder, represented by Nicole Cointreau and Jon Sargsyan of The Injury Law Firm, LLP, have filed a lawsuit against Victoria Flores Rodriguez in the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara. The case, identified as 24CV435610, was filed on April 15, 2024. The plaintiffs are seeking justice for bodily injuries, emotional trauma, and related damages resulting from an automobile accident they attribute to the defendant's negligence.

The incident in question occurred on September 23, 2023. According to the complaint, Rodriguez rear-ended the vehicle carrying Alacron and Tumacder causing severe physical injuries and emotional suffering.
