Fox Rothschild welcomes Anthony D. Phillips as a Partner in the Litigation Department in San Francisco.

Phillips represents businesses of all sizes in commercial litigation. He advises a broad range of companies in business disputes, particularly technology and energy businesses. He has litigated complex matters from the plaintiff and defense sides from pre-dispute analysis through trial and appeal. He represents clients in matters involving contracts, corporate governance, fraud, trade secrets, intellectual property and more.
While he is an accomplished trial attorney, Phillips works proactively to resolve disputes through direct negotiation, arbitration or mediation whenever possible.
Prior to his legal career, Phillips was the Director of Product Management for a software company.
He earned his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law and his B.A. from the University of York.
Prior to joining Fox, Phillips was a partner at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP.
