Michael Schmidt will present “Peeking Under the Tent: Perspectives from Employee, Employer, Union, and In-House Experts” at the American Bar Association’s 2025 National Conference on Equal Employment Opportunity Law. Mike will discuss how radical changes in the law are impacting day-to-day practices. He will also share perspectives on challenging agency decisions and regulations and how successful or beneficial these efforts have been. Additionally, he will explore the range of employment decisions being challenged as discriminatory under the new Muldrow standard.
