The Superior Court of California for San Francisco County reported the following activities in the suit brought by Crusader Insurance against Thomas Martin Durham and other unnamed defendants on Jan. 8.
OROVILLE – A Durham company alleges the operator of a biomass-fired power plant that uses wood wrongfully terminated a contract before it reached its term.
Lexington Insurance alleges the defendants allegedly broke a fire sprinkler, causing significant damage to insured property. The plaintiff is seeking to recoup its costs to cover the claims, alleging negligence.
SAN DIEGO – The creators of book that allegedly uses elements of "Star Trek" and Dr. Seuss books is being sued by the copyright owner of the Dr. Suess works.
