SAN FRANCISCO – A Fort Lauderdale business has filed suit against two employees living in California alleging that they used confidential company information for their own gain.
Magic Leap Inc. filed a complaint on May 26 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California against Gary Bradski and Adrian Kaehler, alleging misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, unfair competition and other counts.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Magic Leap Inc. sustained damages to its business as a result of misappropriation of its confidential technology.
